If an AcusMagic instrument isn't for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no forms, no justification needed.
Reply to your order receipt email or contact support with the order reference. The transaction was processed through Stripe Managed Payments as Merchant of Record, so an approved refund returns to the original payment method. Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
The free demo never expires — you can evaluate the full instrument for as long as you like before spending anything. We'd rather you buy late and stay, than buy early and leave.
