Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments as Merchant of Record. Stripe handles payment, applicable VAT or sales tax, and invoicing. AcusMagic presents prices in EUR; the final total and tax treatment are shown in the hosted checkout. The license is issued and managed by Zaplab (see the EULA).

Site content (text, images, video, the software itself) is © Zaplab; AcusMagic and Sonicrama are trademarks of Zaplab. Don't scrape, republish or misrepresent it. Accounts are personal; keep your credentials to yourself. We may suspend accounts used for abuse (spam, fraud, attacks).
We describe our instruments in terms of what they demonstrably do — audio synthesis and physically-based visualisation. Nothing on this site is a medical or therapeutic claim, and nothing should be read as one.
The site and software are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Zaplab's liability is limited to the amount you paid. These terms are governed by Italian law; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
